Acrylic Transfer
1) The most challenging part of this project was not liking what I was making and starting over. I didn't like the colors I was using, or the picture and i needed to create something that I liked and felt proud of. After I decided to start over I used a picture that worked better and colors that I thought looked nice.
2) My favorite part was making the washes that created texture and and interesting surface for my picture.
3) Yes, at first I was just putting singular colors on my canvas and I didn't look interesting, it was really boring. After putting washes on my paper I created more texture and colors that made my canvas look better.
4) The picture Brynn chose wasn't dark enough to stand out on the light colors of her canvas. Maybe if she used dark colors for her washes, her acrylic transfer would stand out more.
